SHIPPING, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND ADD-ON POLICY:

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money Order, & Paypal

Most orders are sent to shipper within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays with the exception of items listed with multiple color choices (these are considered special order).

Special Order Textiles & Linens - Allow 3 to 6 weeks for shipment.  All Sales Are Final.  There are no back orders.

Due to the nature of our Soap & Shampoo products we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of our products to our customers.

If we are at fault in filling your order or if merchandise is damaged you must contact us and you may be ask to take your package to the United States Postal Service to file a claim.
Inspect all orders within 24 hours of acceptance of package. All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of package. If you need to add-on to your order it must be done within 24 hours.
